- What does a typical Art of the Heart session consist of? An Art of the Heart personal session is offered in a 50 minute or 1 hour and 45 minute format. The 50 minute sessions provide insight and clarity while practicing the presence, authenticity, and attentive compassion your heart needs to be known and whole. The 1 hour and 45 minute sessions allow for deep emotional processing and resolve for meaningful breakthrough. Sessions are available on week nights, as well at various times Fridays and Saturdays. I can accommodate to meet in person or online. Prior to session, you will fill out a questionaire, release wavier, and a consent to Art of the Heart policies. At session, I will bring a skilled compassionate presence to help you identify what you feel and the roots of how and why. Unhealthy beliefs will be unlocked and you will have a fresh experience of love and freedom. The sessions are best when experienced in a quiet and undistracted environment. Stillness often brings greater opportunity to be in touch with one’s heart and soul.
