1. What does a typical Art of the Heart session consist of?  An Art of the Heart personal session is offered in a 50 minute or 1 hour and 45 minute format. The 50 minute sessions provide insight and clarity while practicing the presence, authenticity, and attentive compassion your heart needs to be known and whole. The 1 hour and 45 minute sessions allow for deep emotional processing and resolve for meaningful breakthrough. Sessions are available on week nights, as well at various times Fridays and Saturdays. I can accommodate to meet in person or online. Prior to session, you will fill out a questionaire, release wavier, and a consent to Art of the Heart policies.  At session, I will bring a skilled compassionate presence to help you identify what you feel and the roots of how and why. Unhealthy beliefs will be unlocked and you will have a fresh experience of love and freedom. The sessions are best when experienced in a quiet and undistracted environment. Stillness often brings greater opportunity to be in touch with one’s heart and soul.

How would you describe Art of the Heart?  Art of the Heart is unique in that Katie incorporates spiritual insight and compassion, self discovery processes, therapeutic tools for releasing stuck emotions, as well as relational repair to facilitate whole hearted living and loving.   3. How much does Art of the Heart sessions cost?  One 50 minute Art of the Heart session is currently only $45, yet if you sign up for 6 the cost is discounted (this is to encourage you to make a commitment to your heart!). An Vibrant Heart session is 1 hour and 45 minutes and is only $89.
  4. Who does Art of the Heart benefit?  Art of the Heart benefits anyone who has a heart and soul. Many times people train their bodies or remodel there homes but neglect from where all life flows – the heart (Proverbs 4:23).
